    Selected transaxial sections from the RCBF SPECT study of a 67-y-old woman referred for imaging because of a diagnosis of possible frontotemporal dementia. The posterior cingulate sign is present in the posterior midline. With continuing evaluation of the patient, her diagnosis is now probable AD.
