    MSCT and 18F-FDG PET in patient before chemotherapy (CTx), after 14 d of therapy, and before surgery. Tumor size (arrow) was almost unchanged in MSCT after 14 d of therapy but showed significant decrease after completion of therapy. However, 18F-FDG uptake by tumor after 14 d of therapy showed distinct decrease and was reduced to background levels in scan before surgery.
