Objectives With the patient's growth, To study and search for a balance between the image quality and acquisition speed in tomography of whole body bone scan.
Methods Adjustments of acquisition conditions were carried out gradually every two months since April 2014. The quality of fused SPECT/CT image were diagnosed by three doctors. Then the picture would be evaluated comprehensively by analyzing image quality and image resolution after adjusting image acquisition conditions."The image gray-scale ratio "refers to the radioactivity ratio of the reconstructed image has concentrated bone lesions and normal bone. In the whole body bone imaging can be a vertical root in the bitmap dorsal ribs and calculation of ribs and rib clearance ratio, which means that the image contrast. Similarly in tomography by radioactivity ratio of bone lesions and normal bone, to indicate the fault image contrast.
Results Six kinds of image acquisition conditions taken were in line with diagnostic requirements. "Third method"(acquisition can be set a view of 5 seconds, total 64 (5.625 degrees), automatic probe close and continuous scanning) is extended to clinical work best.
Conclusions To obtain a high collection efficiency, parameters of bone tomography acquisition can be set a view of 5 seconds, total 64 (5.625 degrees), automatic probe close and continuous scanning. Also recommends the use of "continuous" instead of "step and shoot" approach in bone SPECT acquisition
Comparison of 6 acquisition parameters
4 times to do systemic bone scan, bone SPECT, bone SPECT image fusion, A 30 second per frame, B for 10 seconds for a frame, C for 5 seconds for a frame, D for 3 seconds for a frame. 4 kinds of image quality is similar to that of bone lesions can be also systemic, fault and fusion image display
