E-learning system development for education of radiation protection equipments

Learning Objectives It is difficult to educate radiation protection eqipments to the members of radiation disaster team or the workers in current busy environment. We made a simple E-Learning system for education about radiation protection equipments to improve their understanding.

Summary: The self E-Learning system for radiation protection equipments consists of mht files converted from the power point slides, which contained texts, figures, voices and some dynamic graphics. The mht files transferred via E-mail or CD to the members and could be executed automatically on patients’ personal computers repeatedly without any sophisticated program or operation. The simple self E-Learning system was effectively operated on the personal computer. The quality of transferred images and context were fair to improve understanding of radiation protection equipments. The simple self E-Learning system for the members about radiation protection equipments was developed and operated properly. Further studies including a lot of people may be warranted.
