In non-Hodgkin lymphoma, ¹⁸F-FDG uptake in tumors typically drops after radioimmunotherapy, with the largest declines occurring in those with the longest progression-free survival. This patient, whose baseline PET/CT scan (top) and follow-up scans at 12 wk (middle) and 24 wk (bottom) showed a gradual decline in the size and metabolic activity of lymph nodes, remained without evidence of active disease 28 mo after radioimmunotherapy.
