Small-animal PET/CT images demonstrating the amyloid-imaging capability of a radiolabeled fibril-reactive monoclonal antibody. Accumulation within the localized amyloidoma on the back of the mouse is readily visible.This novel strategy may have diagnostic potential for patients with systemic amyloidoses.
