Some errors appeared in “Prognostic Value of Normal Exercise and Adenosine 99mTc-Tetrofosmin SPECT Imaging: Results from the Multicenter Registry of 4,728 Patients,” by Shaw et al. (J Nucl Med. 2003;44:134–139). In the abstract, the second sentence of the Results should read: “The observed annualized survival rate for those patients with a normal 99mTc-tetrofosmin study was 99.4%.” In Figure 4, the y-axis should be labeled “Cardiac survival rate.” The legend of the same figure should read: “Meta-analysis of annualized cardiac survival rates in normal or low-risk 201Tl, 99mTc-sestamibi, and 99mtetrofosmin SPECT…. Meta-analysis revealed that annualized cardiac survival rate was 99.5%…. ” The authors regret the errors.
