Abstract

A 76-y-old man with hypoosmolar hyponatremia of unknown origin was referred to the nuclear medicine department for ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT to exclude a malignant cause. Increased ¹⁸F-FDG uptake in both adrenal glands was observed and investigated.
