Simultaneous separation of five major ribonucleic acids by capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence in the presence of electroosmotic flow: Application to the rapid screening of 5S rRNA from ovarian cancer cells
2014, Analytica Chimica ActaCitation Excerpt :Our results demonstrated that the effects of long-term incubation are obviously for large RNA. In many RNA related experiments, such as RNA expression arrays, [48] overnight hybridization with DNA probes usually resulted in satisfactory sensitivity. Therefore, the optimized hybridization time of RNA should be carefully controlled because over-incubation does not guarantee fluorescence intensity.
