    The region-of-interest (ROI) of the tumor area was delineated on each T2-weighted imaging slice by three independent reviewers. The tumor 3D anatomical volume was derived by summation of all the voxels within the tumor ROI slices for each imaging time point as described previously [25,26]. Tumor ROIs derived from the T2-weighted images were mapped into the DCE data file.
