Diagnostic and prognostic value of BMIPP imaging
2007, Journal of Nuclear CardiologyCitation Excerpt :Fill-in and redistribution of Tl-201 were observed in 128 and 238 segments, respectively, of 1155 myocardial segments analyzed. Mismatching was shown in 82% of the segments with fill-in and 37% of those with redistribution.62 These findings implied that I-123 BMIPP and Tl-201 mismatching may be related to persistent defects on Tl-201 imaging with the fill-in phenomenon after reinjection.
