2012, Epilepsy and BehaviorCitation Excerpt :Consequently, ADHD did not appear to be characterized by significant visual orienting dysfunction. When a 150‐ms Stimuli Onset Asynchrony (SOA) was used, patients with ADHD could not be differentiated from controls in an orienting task using endogenous cueing [102]. Additionally, unexpectedly faster responses for neutral cues than valid cues have been recorded in children with ADHD with a similar SOA [103].
