Acknowledgements
We acknowledge and respect the great work done by the EANM Dosimetry & Paediatric Committees. It would have been the easiest solution for us just to let the new dosage card pass without comment, and to continue “business as usual” in our department. However, for the sake of achieving the best conditions for paediatric PET patients, we find that this issue deserves a thorough academic debate based on the best available knowledge. Should we be wrong in our arguments, we would welcome a correction.
