MB-Knottin_Integrin = microbubbles targeted with α_vβ₃ integrin-binding knottin peptide; MB-Knottin_Scrambled = microbubbles targeted with knottin peptide containing scrambled sequence; MB_αvβ3 = microbubbles targeted with anti-α_vβ₃ integrin monoclonal antibody; MB_cRGD = microbubbles targeted with α_vβ₃ integrin-binding pentapeptide c(RGDfK).
Blocking was done by preincubation of integrin-positive cells with c(RGDyK) (1.25 μmol/μL).
