Reactant 1: 487.3 GBq (13,170 mCi) of Na[131I]I in 10 mL of 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4; reactant 2: 30 mg of chloramine-T in 10 mL of H2O; reactant 3: 1,000 mg of Lym-1 in 50 mL of phosphate buffer; reaction tube volume: 23-mL silicon tube; flow rate: 2.3 mL/min; total reaction time: 30 min; yield: 466.8 GBq (12,616 mCi) → 95.6%.
