BP was calculated using a 2-tissue compartment model and Logan method using metabolite-corrected arterial inputs and by Logan reference tissue method, conventional simplified reference tissue method (SRTM), and SRTM with linear regression and spatial constraint (LRSC). Also, the simple ratio of striatum to cerebellum at equilibrium was calculated. Significance of interclass correlations by method:
