First, a 2-tissue compartment model was fitted to TACs in VOIs defined for thalamus and striatum. An arterial input Logan analysis, reference tissue Logan analysis, conventional simplified reference tissue method (SRTM), and SRTM with linear regression and spatial constraint (LRSC) were likewise used to calculate BPs in time–radioactivity curves from thalamus and striatum VOIs; in addition, mean voxelwise estimates in parametric maps were calculated for the same VOIs. Finally, the simple ratios of VOI activity to cerebellum activity at steady state are reported. Each estimate is mean ± SD of 16 separate determinations in the case of 18F-DMFP, 6 in the case of 11C-RAC, and 10 in the case of 18F-FP.
