  • Covariance patterns were identified by SSM network analysis of rCMRGlc data from 6 presymptomatic HD gene carriers and 8 gene-negative healthy volunteers. Positive and negative values indicate regions of relative increases and decreases in metabolism, respectively. Region weights ≥ 1 are italicized.
