AB 1293Objectives: To explore the clinical application and prospect of 99mTc-deoxy-glucose derivative (99mTc-CN5DG) SPECT /CT in tumor diagnosis. Methods: 99mTc-CN5DG SPECT/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging were performed respectively in 15 patients (8 males and 7 females, mean age 58.73±13.40 years) in one week before surgery. They were clinically suspected or diagnosed tumors. SPECT/CT fusion images were used to delineate the ROI of the lesion, and the healthy side areas to delineate the ROI of the same range. For PET/CT fusion images, the same method was used to obtain the target/non-target ratio. The images were analyzed by visual analysis and semi-quantitative analysis. SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis. Results: Take pathological results as the gold standard. 99mTc-CN5DG SPECT/CT imaging showed 11 uptake of the imaging agent, including 9 lesions of the brain, 1 scapular metastasis, and 1 sacral metastasis. 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging was performed in all 17 lesions. In the semi-quantitative analysis of 17 lesions, there were 13 uptake of 99mTc-CN5DG SPECT/CT imaging, including 9 brain lesions, 1 scapular metastasis, 1 sacral metastasis, 1 endometrial lesion and 1 lung lesion. 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging showed that all 17 lesions were ingested. Conclusions: The diagnostic value of 99mTc-CN5DG SPECT/CT in brain lesions is very consistent with that of 18F-FDG, suggesting that 99mTc-CN5DG SPECT/CT has certain clinical value in the detection of brain lesions. The diagnostic value of tumors in other sites should be further discussed by increasing the sample size. Key words: 99mTc-deoxy-glucose derivative; SPECT/CT; 18F-FDG; PET/CT
