Methods The total of 60 patients who combined MPI with CFR one-stop check from May 2014 to May 2017 in the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. There were 16 cases of healthy control group (G1, F/M, 7/9;average age 56.3±10.2 years) and 44 cases of AMI (G2, F/M, 21/23; average age 58.6±11.1 years). The patients of AMI were further divided into the anterior wall myocardial infarction group (G2a) and the lower wall myocardial infarction group(G2b). We obtained the ventricular volume of the whole and all stages of the left ventricle (rapid ejection period, slow ejection period, rapid filling period, slow filling period),LVEF,PER,MFR/3 and TTPF by analyzing the VFCs curve. The G1 and G2 were compared with independent sample t test. The parameters of G2a and G2b were compared by single factor analysis of variance. Results (1)The EDV, LVEF, PER, MFR/3 and TTPF of the G1 and G2 had statistical significance (t=4.479-5.752, P &lt; 0.05). That showed MPI combined with CFR can accurately evaluate the segment of left ventricular myocardial infarction of patients with acute myocardial infarction.(2)The G2a and G2b were no significant difference in LVEF and PER (F=0.772, P &gt; 0.05). The difference of EDV and r EDV in the G2a was statistically significant with the slow ejection period and the rapid filling period (F=6.724, P &lt; 0.05). (3) The G2b was significant difference between the lower wall infarction group and the filling rate in the slow filling period and the rapid ejection period (F=6.116, P &lt; 0.05). Conclusions It was confirmed the Volume and Filling Curve of 99mTc-MIBI SPECT MPI combined with the CFR could help more accurate diagnostic about cardiac function of AMI .
