Lymphatic malformation is also occurred in KTS in reports. Here we present the manifestation of lymphoscintigraphy in 26 patients with KTS.Methods: Lymphoscintigraphy findings in 26 patients of clinically confirmed KTS were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The image of lower limbs 99mTc-DX lymphoscintigraphy were anomalies in 25 of 26 patients. 19 of 25 patients were affected in unilateral lower limbs. 9 of 19 patients showed hypoplasia or aplasia of lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes in the affected limb. 10 of 19 patients showed hyperplasia of lymphtic vessels and lymph nodes in the affected limbs. 6 of 25 patients were affected in both lower limbs. 4 of 6 patients showed asymmetric (hypoplasia in one and hyperplasia in another lower limb). 2 of 6 patients showed bilaterally symmetric and were hypoplasia in both lower limbs. 5 of 26 patients were showed chylous skin vesicles in scrotum and/or lower limb and were confirmed with chylous reflux in lymphoscintigraphy. Another 4 patients showed radioactivity focus on the scrotal areas. A local radiotracer focus on the left jugular venous angle continuously in 6 patients showed in lymphoscintigraphy, indicated the backflow obstruction of thoracic duct. And the 6 patients were confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (2 of 6) and direct lymphangiography with MDCT after direct lymphangiography(4 of 6). Two local radiotracers focus on the bilateral jugular venous angle in another 2 patients and been confirmed the malformation and obstruction of thoracic duct by MRI.Conclusion: 99mTc-DX lymphoscintigraphy in KTS chould show the malformation of lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes, the cylous reflux, and the malformation and obstruction of thoracic duct.
