We present several cases of disseminated Blastomycosis with manifestations in the lungs, bones, skin, and central nervous system. Conclusions Recognition of the epidemiologic factors, pathogenesis, and patterns of disseminated Blastomycosis is essential for practitioners of nuclear medicine. The presentation and discussion of cases presented from our institution in the form of an educational exhibit offer an effective review of this interesting entity.
