AB  - A 76-year-old man with hypo-osmolar hyponatremia of unknown origin was referred to the nuclear medicine department for an 18F-FDG PET-CT to exclude a malignant cause of hyponatremia. An increased [18F]-FDG uptake in both adrenal glands was observed and further investigated.
