In the article “DPA-714, a New Translocator Protein–Specific Ligand: Synthesis, Radiofluorination, and Pharmacologic Characterization” by James ML, et al. (*J Nucl Med*. 2008;49:[814–822](http://jnm.snmjournals.org/lookup/volpage/49/814?iss=5)), there was an error in the inclusion of Silvia Selleri as a coauthor. Barbara Costa (Department of Psychiatry, Neurobiology, Pharmacology, and Biotechnology, University of Pisa), as the actual person who conducted the in vitro screening, should have been listed as coauthor in place of Prof. Selleri. The authors regret the error.
