Images of a mediastinal metastasis in a 49-y-old patient who had undergone a right hemihepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma 3 y earlier. Follow-up chest radiographs showed a right mediolateral mass. ¹⁸F-FDG and ¹¹C-acetate PET/CT showed, and biopsy confirmed, a hypermetabolic right mediolateral lung mass and a large precarinal node.
