Anti–¹⁸F-FACBC is a promising radiotracer for imaging prostate carcinoma. At top, axial PET and PET/CT images obtained with this compound show intense activity in the left external iliac nodes of a 67-y-old man undergoing cancer restaging. At bottom, axial SPECT and SPECT/CT images obtained with ¹¹¹In-capromab pendetide show no significant activity in that region.
