Fibroblasts were incubated for 1 h at 37°C with [125I-Tyr11]somatostatin-14 alone (0.2 nmol/L, white bars) or in presence of somatostatin-14 (10–6 mol/L, hatched bars) or octreotide (10–6 mol/L, black bars).
