FIGURE 7.  Immunohistomorphometric analysis of vascularization in Morris hepatomas. WT-MH3924A and hANG-MH3924A were stained with {alpha}-actin or CD31 antibodies (each group, n = 6). Control immunoglobulin (data not shown) was used as negative controls. Immunoreactive areas were quantified by analyzing 5 hot spots per tumor. Center = center of tumor.
