Markers at level of elbow (E) and anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS). No abnormal uptake of 131I-MIBG noted in spine. (B) 111In-DTPA-octreotide showed abnormal uptake in right hip (arrow), diffuse uptake in marrow of thoracic and lumbar spine (dashed arrow), and focal uptake in midthoracic spine (arrow). Bone marrow biopsy confirmed recurrent disease. MR imaging showed increased enhancement posterior to right acetabulum.
