(B) 99mTc-Tetrofosmin SPECT in transaxial view demonstrates area of increased abnormal uptake corresponding to primary tumor (double arrow) but no accumulation in mediastinum. Metastases were excluded at histology in dissected mediastinal nodes positive at CT.
