Solid line, which is simulated curve obtained from estimated model parameters (Table 2), is close to experimental data. This proves quality of fit obtained using 3-compartment model. PET-measured concentrations in cavity ({circ}) are good estimates of blood concentration measured by sampling (dotted line) during first 10 min after injection. After this period, low concentration and heart movements lead to noisy data.
