(A) Gallium scintigraphy shows only mildly increased uptake in hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes and in lung. (B) SRS shows high uptake with well-delineated lesions in hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes and in lung and reveals corticomeningeal and skull involvement, which was confirmed after SRS by cerebral MRI.
