FIGURE 3. Tumor pretargeting with bispecific construct. Bispecific agent (e.g., bispecific antibody or antibody/streptavidin fusion) is administered and saturates antigenic sites on tumor. Subsequently, a small radionuclide carrier is administered and binds to the tumor-localizing bispecific agent.
