FIGURE 1. A 50-y-old man with acute dyspnea and pleuritic chest pain. (A) Perfusion scan in right posterior oblique projection shows segmental defect in anterior segment of right upper lobe (arrow). (B and C) Technegas ventilation scan (B) reveals match with perfusion defect (arrow), whereas 81mKr ventilation scan (C) shows complete mismatch. Pulmonary angiography result was negative for PE.
