FIGURE 1. Increase in parenchymal MTT after captopril administration is more accurate in predicting RAS in patients with higher glomerular filtration rate (GFR). Seven of 7 subjects with GFR <50 mL/min had incorrect examinations, whereas 14 of 19 studies were correct in subjects with GFR >80 mL/min.
