ABSTRACT
This case report illustrates the distribution of 197Hg Hydroxpropane in a splenectomized patient. This isotope initially accumulates in the bone marrow with a half-time of 0.65 days (15 hrs). Half-times in various organs as detected by external scintillation counting are reported.
