ABSTRACT
The gallbladder and an infected pericholecystic biloma secondary to subacute perforation were visualized during morphine-augmented Cholescintigraphy. Perforation of the gall-bladder may relieve cystic duct obstruction and contribute to false-negative visualization in the setting of acute cholecystitis.
