ABSTRACT
Radiolabeled heat-denatured DNA and some related nucleic acids localize in tumor tissue following i.v. administration. Retention of radioactivity by tumors is longer than for other organs and localization of tumor tissues is possible by scintigraphic techniques 824 hr after injection.
