ABSTRACT
The results of tumor scanning with 169Yb are presented. Positive scans were obtained in 13 of 15 patients with primary lung and liver cancer or lymphosarcoma and various metastatic lesions of bone. The advantages and disadvantages of 169Yb as a tumor-scanning agent are discussed.
