ABSTRACT
Rapid sequential scintiphotography, a technique permitting the dynamic study of cerebral circulation, is a valuable adjunct to improving scan accuracy in subdural hematomas. Only two false-positive scans were recorded in a series of 50 patients. Seven false-positive and three false-negative scans were prevented by the use of this technique.
