Isolated Right Superior Vena Cava Draining Into Left Atrium Diagnosed by Radionuclide Angiocardiography

ABSTRACT

The first adult case of a right-to-left shunt due to the congenital isolated right superior vena cava draining into the left atrium is reported. The diagnosis teas made by a simple technique using intravenous radionuclide angiocardiography.
